Saturday October 22~Yellow Perch
fished at "G" can to start. 1 yellow perch. Moved to "H" can, got my 30 yellow perch, 3 white bass, 4 white perch, 1 yellow perch throw back. 9#'s at the cleaners. Nice day on the lake. Water was stained. Was using shiners, spreaders and no bling.
FYI ~ Saturday October 22nd "G" can
There were about 8 boats, that I could see fishing at "G" can today after I moved to "H" can. The perch have moved in closer. I could see seaguls working areas that looked like bait fish near the surface, closer to shore. Love this time of year, you do not have to go far to get to the large yellow perch.
"H" can Sunday October 23rd
caught 30 nice perch near "H" can today in less than 2 hours!
using spreader minows and no bling. Did not keep anything less than 8 inches and had abour 8 throw backs.
Tuesday October 25th~Yellow Perch
"H" can area again. 30 perch 9#'s at cleaners.
4 head boats there too~!
Water was stained in the area I fished south of "H" can.
"H" can Saturday October 29
27 yellow perch "H" can, water is stained, bite was light and slow, ran out of fishin time today. 9#'s at the cleaners.
Caught 2 sheep head, 4 white perch.
There were other boats fishin in the area.
"H" can again on Sunday October 30
30 perch 12 pounds at the cleaners near "H"can. 2 hours I was done.
