Where will the perch be in April

I am still considered a amateur, and I am sure there is better advice out there but I did really good for a couple weeks out by the can southeast of west sister island. I am not sure of the name, but I think it is B can. It is one of the firing range markers. I fished this area for a couple weeks after the jig bite slowed down and did pretty good. Caught a few two man limits with fish in the 9 to 11 inch range (more 9s than 11s).
