Why so quite?

What is the best way to fish the blade baits. I have never tried them before but picked up a few to try.

you can jig them off the side of the boat or cast them and let sink to bottom and jig it back to u and reel the slack up between every jig. It takes time to get a feal for it but was fun way to catch them.
