There's a barge stuck outside Buffalo harbor. Canadian Coast Guard is trying to free it. ???
Doesn't make total since but I see a big boat out there. Check the news.

that aint no barge out there its a ship/ the canadian coast guard is comeing to help it out of the ice- stuck- the good news is they are starting to put the docks in at sbh. maybe there is hope afterall
