Pay the fish cleaner to clean them! As we move into mid September thru October the fish usually start running bigger and more plentiful.

I am strictly a drifter/ caster. Apparently a dying breed. No one else gives any reports on such so I gave up posting results. Same goes for perching. All the old timers gave up. We are a dying breed.

Try a small spoonful of yellow mustard in your eggwash or skip the egg and use heavy cream with a spoonful of mustard..

30 nice perch Sun,Mon, and Tuesday in the G can area. They started like fire every morning right at sun up then slowed down by 830 or so. Kept nothing under 8" and I bet I threw back 60-70 shorties...

We got a 2 man limit in 6 hours Sunday about 1/2 mile north of G can. Very light bite. 17 lbs. No bling out fished the bling 5 to 1.
