Low water conditions everywhere!!!
we are in the same boat with Lake Onterio, over 90 harbors on the northeast coast are to low for boats to get in or out, the shipping channels are so low that they are only carrying 1/2 loads, which is becoming costly, and the freight will be transported via different methood (trucks, trains ect.) which will cost over 2800 jobs if something doesn't happen soon, like lots of rain or snow, which so far doesn't look good. The charters are trying to piggy back $30million along with the hurricane Sandy relief bill for dredging the inlets to the harbors, so it's looking like the spring brown trout season might be a bust!! or maybe the whole year. Just a short note you are not the only ones, ship out of water!!!!:(
