Boat Control River Jigging
I use my electric trolling motor in the Detroit River to control drift. I can't get it right, spend more time workin' the boat than fishing. Anyone have any experience with a Minn Kota trolling motor with the optional auto pilot?
I've been looking at Walleye.com for a long time and like to give a big thanks to all the guys willing to pass along their fishing techniques. It's really helped a ton. Should have registered a long time ago

Boat Control
I have exsperianced the same thing? What I did on the knuckle that is on the front of your big motor, I used the same arm as you would use for a kicker motor, just made an 8 inch clevis from the trolling motor shaft to the arm of the big motor, and know I can control the trolling motor from my center counsel, just have to tweak the speed a little at times,
