Crossbow Bill #S7005

Assembly Bill A9623 has been introduced by Assemblywoman Gunther. WE now have same bills in both houses with the Gallivan Bill S7005.
We need to make phone calls to your respective legislators TODAY. Word is the opposition is already ramping up their phone banks. Do not sit on the sidelines if you want to end the discrimination against crossbows.
Write a letter, send an email AND Call your Assembly member and Senator.

In all the years of being on this page no one has questioned or complained about what's posted. We are not all just fishermen most are hunters also. Through the years most have become friends thru this page, I basically meant move on skip it , get over it. As sportsman it's great info to put out there for all to utilize and ensure everyone can enjoy the outdoors. More than likely I would guess he's anti crossbow and thinks archery should be by bow only . If I'm wrong so be it.

Thanks for the update Anchor Wheel! I'm still doing my time as a working man and religh on you retired fellers with time to dig😉 I've been a active hunting and competitive archer for 36yrs and remember when we couldn't use release aids. I don't use a crossbow but I think it fine, there's usually plenty of critter for everyone😊
I do think that the bow hunter safety course should be mandatory though!!! There's a lot of good info on Safety, blood trailing and ethics within it. Thanks again

Thank you for your considerate response. It is true nobody is twisting my arm to click on this topic. My point is why not rename this forum to Eastern Lake Erie Hunting and Fishing Reports?
