recipes?
So the fishing for us has been decent, not the numbers you all are boxing but we'vs had a few meals already. Generally pan fry with a Ritz cracker breading. Used coconut oil to mix things up, nice twist for us. Anybody wanna share any favorites? Something I can do on the grill?

1/3 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1 tspn. seasoned salt
2 eggs
1 tblspn water
mix eggs and water, stir
combine other ingredients
dip fillets in egg, then in crumbs
BAKE at 450 deg. (yes 450 deg.) 15-20 min.
Forget frying. This is a great baked recipe.

Glad to see someone else actually eats em!! Hopefully will try baking this weekend, May have to be on grill though, too hot for oven.
