Weather Buoy

Don't forget we had a freak of nature last year, 75 degree weather in march. I was curious myself and pulled this off of the history:

45142 | 474A1622 | 42 44.2 N | | 3D08 | | | E: Buoy deployed successfully at |
| Port Colborne | 33E | 79 17.4 N | 1 0 1 0 1 1 1 | | | | 1930Z, 20 May 2011. |

So according to their historical data 2 years ago it wasn't deployed until may 20th

Thanks - for some reason I thought it started transmitting when the shipping season opened. But you know what happens when you relay on your memory.

The WEATHER BUOY IS UP AND RUNNING! They must have started it later in the day. I checked earlier and it was still down. I love that data that it transmits.

Wouldbe, look down the thread list here at "useful links" & you will find the wearher bouy links.

Google bouys. You will have to click around until you get the one you want and save it to favorites. that's what I do.
