We plan on going tomarrow AM. to the lower river for the first time this yr. Bailey, con grats, maybe we should try your way instead? Did you use spoons or stick baits ? Did you go out of the state launch? (west side) ?

Well, went Mon. Am. to lower river & got 0 fish! We did the artpark drift & went out to the bar & got 0 at both spots. We talked to 4 other boats & they all did the same thing. We saw 1 charter guy with 5 fish & we talked to another one we know ,he got 14 with 2 being lakers & the rest were steelies.(1-14#) We tried everything we had, no luck. All the fish were caught came on minnows, & golden shiners which we didn't have! Was great to be out, better luck next time, I hope!

My friends did 20 in combo browns and steelhead today by 11:30 out of the oak

Thanks for the reports. It was nice out today and I was walking around the boat. I was thinking about when I can take the shrink wrap off. We'll not yet anyhow. The weekend is not supposed to be that great and probably some rain.
