Well there's another sign that we are really getting into winter.
The weather buoy isn't sending out data.
Not that i was going out there but i like checking the wave heights, temperatures, wind direction, wind speed, etc.
During the snowstorm it was saying like 14.4 ft waves. Could you imagine what that would be like?????

Hope everyone is faring OK in Buffalo after that last storm. 8' of snow??? I lived in Buffalo for three years back in the 70s and was there in '77 for the "Blizzard of 77". that wasn't fun either. Let's hope for a remaining mild winter and hope spring comes early.

Thanks Rick. It was pretty insane. Joe I never thought to check the bouy! Damn. That be like 30 footers out there! I know when they did the time laps of the lake and storm you could see the waves just pouring over the breakwall.
