I'm not using a memory card my hds gen 7 I never lost a trail ever I would go a months before I had to delate it

It can't hurt to add one and see how it reacts. This units internal memory may not be big enough. Does it accommodate an SD Micro card?

No. I think its there but I have it turned off. I dont use it.

I always use it so I can go back over a spot and find my way back lol

I just usually use GPS numbers. Hit the MOB button or set a new way point if we get into more than one fish quickly.
