Out of the Chagrin
Has anyone fished out of the Chagrin yet this year. My boat has been ready fror a few weeks now and I'm getting real antsy. If the weather holds off, I may go out Saturday for a few hours. I'm thinking about trolling shallow between Willowick and Euclid.

perch out of chagrin
Went out Friday 5/14, in the afternoon. Real choppy water. Steady perch bite directly in front of the CEI towers in 38-39ft. No jumbos, but were consistantly 9- 10 inch fish.

Dredging
Until this week, the river was not dredged yet to the East Bank ramp. So I'm not sure it was safe for your outdrive to be in the river. I'm pretty sure as of now, they've dredged at least to East Bank.

Went out again last Saturday and pulled in about 40 more perch in a couple hours. 36ftt. Planning on going Sunday morning,
