Headed NW out of the marina to 65FOW. Started marking fish suspended between 20 and 50 feet. Set up big boards running Bandits and Flicker Minnows with 3 ounce snap weights 190, 175 and 160 back. Dipseys on zero setting out the back 80 with 3.75 inch spoons. Trolled north with the waves to 75FOW. Picked up 15 from 8-10am. Made the turn to head back and caught 4 more. Had to throw the last one back. Was 21 inches. 3 man limit by 10:30. Bandits in chrome. Flickers in purple and gold, fire tiger and purple and chrome. Spoons in dark green and white fire tiger with a chrome back. Trolled between 2.0 to 2.5 mph. 14 keepers were 21 to 27 and other 4 were 18 and 19. Great day for the first trip of the year! Heard a lot of guys on the radio with only a few fish. They were running dipseys a lot deeper and picking up a lot of steelhead but only a few walleye.
