Went out of Lorain at 3 and set up in 24 feet off St. Anthony's, drifting along at about 1.5 mph in strong SSW winds. Caught a keeper right away on worm harness then nothing for an hour. Put out a 3 ounce bottom bouncer and got another. About 5, the fish turned on and started catching like crazy. Ended off Sheffield in 30 feet. All the fish were 17-19 inches and rather skinny.
