Avon 7-30
Drove 90 minutes to Avon. Never launched from there before , so thought it worth a shot. I had my two young boys with me, so an early start didn’t seem worth the hassle. We left ramp around 2 and went about 3 miles out from point around a pack of boats. They were all slowly vacating as I assume the bite had died with the high sun. We trolled spoons on dipsys straight north from there for about a half mile. We got into two keeper walleye and a few white perch. Went swimming for a bit in 50 fow before trying some work harnesses. Got 4 more walleye but only 1 keeper. A lot more white perch though.
Over all a fun little day without fishing too hard.

Re: Avon 7-30
I always avoid boat packs. Usually it's 1 guy that another boat sees so they head over , and so on...... glad you caught some! Having fun is what it is all about!
