Looking for the locations of a few good launch ramps for Mentor and Geneva. Thank you for any information.

From I-90 take SR534 north thru Geneva and continue north passed Geneva Bait and Tackle on your left and further north Nighthawk Marine on you right. The entrance to the park will be on your left. Follow the signs to the ramp. There is a rigging line leading to the actual ramps of which there are 6. Prep your boat before going to the ramp to avoid delays. The active launch ramps are clearly marked. The restrooms are clean and the launch fee is a gift from the state. You will see the parking lot as you pull your trailer up the hill.. Good luck. Boat north 7 miles to the 58N line and your fish finder will come alive.

Fairport Harbor is probably the best one near mentor. It's ten dollars but it's not a bad ramp and typically isn't packed unless it's a super nice day for tubing, skiing, and jet ski's. Just head N-NW 3-3.5 miles until you find "the hump" that goes from 50 ft to 42 ft then back down to 60 feet. The fish are usually in there. You'll see mentor headlands beach and the Fairport lighthouse on shore. Read the last thread on mentor for other info on that area. Good luck!
If all goes well at the airports, I'll be out there ASAP today Saturday.
