Windy trip
Went out for Eyes yesterday afternoon despite the weather forecast. Knew it was going to be snotty ..but wow! We started off peninsula lighthouse in strong east wind 4 footers at 61fow. Had no choice but to troll west only. Four hours later we were almost to Walnut. Put 7 in the box.only one 15 1/4 incher. Hated to kill it, but it was bleeding bad. I wonder how many of those shorties that we all throw back survive. Caught 4 on wormburners, 9 colors Leadcore . 2 on downriggers @48 down and 2 on dipseys. Long and slow trip back to Lampes in 4 to 5 footers in the dark. I loved it.

Thanks for the report. But sometimes on those crappy rides out or back you wonder if it's all worth it? Kind of like drinking way too much. You swear you'll never do it again......until the next time!
