Went out Saturday and Sunday right off the Black River light house, lots of boats. Caught some nice perch, but we went through a lot of minnows. sheep head, white perch and small yellow perch provided constant action. The 10 to 12 inch perch were there in good numbers, we went through 4 scoops of minnows both days and came up a little shy of a limit because we ran out of bait. (Note to trollers, anchor lines can be a couple of hundred feet long. we collected 2 husky jerks, and I saw several others hooked up on other boats anchor lines. LOL)
