    Default Fish Ohio Yellow Perch

    Friday, 18SE15. Strange day on the lake. Two fronts moved thru but never got a drop of rain, despite a mass of green on weather radar. Ended up with 58 Coontails (never heard them called this before until we took them in to the PC Fish market for cleaning). 12 lbs, not including Perch-zilla. 2 miles out of the Portage River from PC on the Rock pile. BTW, the state record is 14 1/2 inches weighing 2 lbs, 12 ounces.

    That is a nice Perch!!! I don't know which is more impressive the Perch or the Smile on your face. Nice catch.

    my biggest in 40 years of fishing is 13 3/4 inches what about everybody else that's a real nice fish
