looking for some big female eyes

Coming down from northern Michigan. Can any one tell me of a good spot to get some big female eyes headed towards magee marsh this Saturday.

Would it not be a safe thing to do so far out in the lake from here on out? I would like more information on this subject don't want to have to call the coast guard.

fish camp perry today huge females at 3 to 4 mile out, not everyone catching, but some monster on the ice, jacks to the west, females to the east, guys that are doctoring the lures with green prism tape doing much better, Good luck ice was 24 to 28 inches thick at 6.5 miles out. and very smooth ride.
