A wired walleye
Trolled between F and G cans Friday . DHJ12 purples caught all of em. .9 to 1.2 MPH and 65 to 75 back. water was stained and 42 to 45 degrees. slow bite but ended with 9. 3 F.O. females were released. Kept 6 including a 26" one with a 3" antenna protruding near its anus. Notified DNR and they said they tagged 50 in 2006. They wanted the transmitter and photos and GPS position but it ok to keep the fish. $100 reward. Is this a great country or what?

Congrats on the tagged fish! Too bad we couldn't have the GPS reading where the rest of those tagged fish are. We fished out front of Locust point, got 4 white bass and a cat in 13 fow, mover out to 23 fow, got 3 throw backs, one nice male and a 2nd big cat while jigging. Wind blew us off the lake by 11. Mother nature is making it tough on us! Good luck

That's pretty cool. And a big transmitter to be sewed in her.

poor fish was swimming around 10 years with a wire sticking out of it, how big was it just curious on how fast they grow and I wonder how big it was when they tagged it.
