Great day at Huron with my son and friend

Thanks to all for the advice to go to Huron. We started to fish around 11am and where back to the launch around 3pm. We started west of the dumping grounds in 35' and it didnt take long to figure out a program. Our first fish came before we set our six lines. Damage was done with green/blue and silver RR's back 105', we also caught a few with 4 oz inlines back 30-35'. All at 1-1.2mph. We pulled our 2 man limit and released 3 along with a botched net job on a hog at the back of the boat. Radio talk sounded like most where catching fish with shorter leads but this worked for us.
