Where can I find shiners next week?

I have several days off next week and plan to do some perching and hopefully a little trolling too. I'm wondering what bait shops are open during the week especially in November. Normally launch out of Fenwick but I'm open to another ramp if I need to drive elsewhere for bait. Planning on fishing around B can.

Any ideas on who will be open - hopefully with emeralds - and ramps near them?
