Wheatley/Erieau Ramping

Heading up to Wheatley/Erieau this weekend for the first time. How early to the ramps open up? I see that there is a ramp fee at both places, how do you pay? Is there someone present, or is there some other method of paying the fee?

They open early like 5am. Call 519-825-9276 to verify. They have great ramps and attendants to assist. Look up the Wheatley Harbour daily updates for a daily report on fishing. The best fishing looks to be East 10 miles in 55 to 65 fow. Contact me anytime. I am not a pro but have caught hundreds and hundreds of steelhead over there. I'm making the run Tues. 419-610-7240
