Thur. 5/28
Ran to the north end of the firing range and set lines inside the north boundary closer to A-Can than B-Can and trolled toward the west end of West Sister, picked up 5 fairly fast and made a run back and came thru the same area again getting the last one. Just good eaters with the largest at 23". Speed was 1.8 to 2.0 SOG/GPS back 25 with TT 40 divers and Church boards. Harnesses with #6 hatchet blades in Pretty Panties and Purple Parrot both PRO EYE from Janns Netcraft. Several boats at A-can and to the NW forming a loose pack.
Wish the perch would have been that easy! Went to B-Can area decent marks but only got 1, moved more north and got 2 more over fair marks went to the east about a mile and picked up 2 more with decent marks again, I just shook my head and said to heck with it and called it a day. All & all a very nice rewarding day on the water. Didn't even get 1 white bass or 1 white perch.
If the NE wind on Sunday and Monday materializes as forecast by iwindsurf http://www.iwindsurf.com/windandwher...orecast+Graphs it may shake up the fishing for a few days.
Tight lines to all and be safe!Last edited by wakina; 05-28-2015 at 05:56 PM.
