dipsy and worm harnesse

I can not believe how well the dipsys worked this weekend. I was running 31 foot back on a 3 setting in 34 foot of water with a worm harnesse and could not keep the rod In the water. It was defiantly a dipsy weekend. Oh yeah speed was 1.3 mph.. I was west of the islands... over 30 fish on two rods over the weekend.

congrats on some great fishing. what size dipsy were you running? was you using the ring?

I too want to know the size dipsy and with/without the "O" ring. I'm guessing west of the islands in 34' of water puts you near Niagara or "C" can. I'll be up Thursday, Friday and Saturday and any info will be helpful. The P 10's have been working for me but not as well as I would like. Thanks in advance.....

It was the big dipsy and standard ring. It was footie fruity with a pink back single Colorado at 1.3 mph

Steelhead stole them all in Ashtabula last year. I know I was making fun of Jim Sunday morning when he told me regular Dipseys with a ring. I am sure he will have more soon, "Captain Walker 107" will start to have withdrawal sickness without them the rest of the year.
