    Default Newbie Wanting how to learn ice fishing on Lake Erie

    Can anyone help me. I have a older sled I just bought and want to start fishing lake erie. I dont know where to go but Camp perrry is what I keep hearing about. Dont know where to go to go out of Camp perry or where to park and I am new to using a sled to get on big water. Please someone give me some adviise please from one fisherman to another. Thanks

    Ride along with a couple guys who are seasoned on the big water the first few times. I fish Lake Erie a bit, and Saginaw Bay a bunch. Started out with a large group of guys who have been at it quite some time, and now venture out with my own group following. Learn before you leap.
