Evening walleye bite around islands.
I have some guys I am taking out Friday in the afternoon for some walleye. These guys have been to Lake Erie twice before and didn't do good either time so I would really like to put them on some nice walleye. I will be drifting and casting, not trolling. Has anyone been catching decent quantitites of walleye in the evening that can give me a hint where to try? I know there has been a good bite between Green and Rattlesnake but don't know if the walleye are there in the evening like they are in the morning.
Thanks for any help!
