    Default Casting Report Sun. 6/8

Put in at Catawba at 5:30AM and ran out to an area a couple of miles west of Green we had good luck the previous week.Picked up 2 right off the bat and thought it was on.Fished another hour and couldn't get another so we headed up to the pack that was west of North Bass.Picked up another six but just couldn't seem to to really figure out what they wanted.Ran back down to where we started and got another 6 and called it a day. Between the rain and the 4 ft. rollers I was happy with how we did.Mayfly rigs in Chartreuse did the most damage.

    Default gold

50ft casts parallel with the waves. Close bale and keep the line tight and barely move the crank all the way around the swing. Work the swing with a no count or 8-10 count. The key is the very slow reel. Used 3/4 oz all day. Keep the line tight. Gold 24 inch long single or 2 hook weapon.
Find your groove and keep repeating the same speed. This method will help fill the coolers. Half a worm is better.
