Made it out late Saturday picked up a bunch of Junk fish, 3 Eyes on the east side of Kelley's using tadpoles and double willow spinners
We got em good on dipseys last weekend too. Purple/pink backed spoons. Size 1 w/ NO ring 30-35 back.

That's pretty good MPG, Jim. I only get about 1.5MPG with my boat.

I hear Cat-Dog a lot in reports but never have I caught anything but a sheepshead. It's something to do with that pretty blue boat that they just jump right in no matter what bait is out there.
CatDog and Sir Walleye were good spoons for us last summer. Haven't tried them yet this year only fished for 3 days so far. Looks like a beautiful weekend ahead, I think I am going to double my days on the water. Will be pullin spoons on big boards. Headin up tomorrow. , to fish Fri. Sat. & Sun. Probably going to fish the cans from B toward Niagra we marked tons of fish there 2 weeks ago but it was all mud. If I get into them will post some info. fwiw I've been hauling them in on ? (don't know the exact naming) but a no.6 colorado stamped gold blade, orange fingers with a chartreuse outline on the top with a purple side wedge, similar to the purple greasy chicken with variations to. 1.5 mph bottom bouncing in 25ft , they are impaling them.
purple chrome beads/and orange with char gammy hooks.
I'm thinking these fish are readying themselves for the June bug onslaught hatch.......
