I'm staying on South Bass Memorial Day Weekend. Any idea where I could launch the boat from on Catawba and leave my truck and trailer for the weekend? Thanks...

Catawaba state park launch? Where will you dock to boat at SBI though?

You might consider taking your boat over on the ferry just in case the weather turns bad and strands you there. I know it costs some $ but better than staying an extra day or two, or leaving your boat docked and having to go back to retrieve it. Just a thought.

I agree with Gill. The A dock and C dock at PIB are under construction. The C dock is supposed to be done by Memorial Day . But It looks to me like they're running behind. But either way, there will be less dock spaces open from years past.
