ice fishing air boat style
Well Capt. mike and wayne try the airboat thing sunday, with capt. tony 419 366 8472, I would highly recomend using the air boat we were greeted with slush conditions, and lots of water off catawba, while everyone struggle we sail past them at 30 mph in a nice heated airboat, capt tony put us on fish, but the fish were spotty today, some got none some got limits, but all fish were large, best lures silver/blue morning, green in afternnon, also silver and red, pimples best jigging raps sec.
on way home stop at crane creek, buckets full of walleyes coming in, ice 12 inches catawba, up to 16 inches to west

on the Airboat on the Ice ?? Wow been out on many and never got close to that speed . Must have been something else . Lots of fish still in the Crane Creek area and will only get better . The slush was pretty firm today and now comes 6-10 inches of snow tomorrow night and Wed. morning .Ya !!!
