Weekend perch

Took friday off ,so did the perch.started fishing the 47 line about 1 mile east of the number 2 ( red/white ) caught small amount of perch and 1 16" walleye,put about 25 miles on boat tried about 5 different areas couldn't find a good bite, beautiful day on lake
Saturday ,2 man limit. 49 line, 2 miles east of number 2, all alone, 19 lbs. @ the cleaners, back to dock by 1:00
Sunday ,3 man limit , 49 line 3 miles east of number 2, 29.5 lbs @ cleaners back to dock at 2:00. tough ride out this morning solid 3 footers but laid down and turned into a beautiful after noon

how come you didn't answer the radio don? WE were out there sunday too. I didn't go past the gravel pit though. my crew thought it was too bumpy

Sorry I missed your call sunday Troy

I installed a new radio this year and try to have it set on a 3 channel scan,sometimes when I answer a call it will stay on the channel the call came over and not return to scan. I'm sure its something I'm doing that causes this.Next time send me a text to check my radio,It seems I can receive text 90% of the time even when calling doesn't work.
