I been out town. Any good reports for western basin? Looks like algae still present. Was thinking about trying it in morning.

I plan on taking the wife out around 8am tomorrow morning for some perchin. Based on the satellite imagery, there doesnt look to be any clean water nearby so I think Im going to take my chances a few miles North East of Mcdonalds. That area was really great last Saturday, hoping to run back into them again.

Also, taking another bag of white rice. That works wonders guys, I am confident it helped on our last trip.

Just scatter a full bag of white rice over the side of the boat where you will be fishing after the boat settles after anchoring down.

I buy a 50lb bag at sam's club, put it in a water tight container and use a RED SOLO cup to spread it around the boat after the anchor is set. The RED SOLO cup makes all the difference in the world!
