Dave we did get our 60 North of C but it was very slow. Size was not very good either. NOAA called for 1 -3's today.....I never saw any 1's! If the fishing would have been anywhere near decent, I would have gave you a shout.
75 for 3 of us 1/4 mile west of rattle..15 lbs at cleaners...BP tried to give ya a shout out but radio is acting up I guess.
4 of us got are lines wet at about 12:45 got about 10 perch 200 yds E. of green can, There was a pack of boats about another mile E, went to the west side of the pack, ground out a little over a 2 man limit not bad size, and did the sorting thing of course. 30 fow speaders , crappie, and skipper rigs. No hands down winner on which rig did the best. Pulled anchor about 5:15 18# at the cleaners
Went out of West Harbor to Huron where we got them Labor Day ang got nothing but white's. moved 6 times and ended up NE of Kelly's with 20 Yellow's. we got Six big scoops from Highway Bait and quit with about 20 left. I never caught so much White Bass, White Perch, catfish, and sheepshead. From what in reading I should've went West instead of East?
Sunday I was mile northwest of West Sister and at gravel pit - 3 of us on board - only caught 5 fish total. Was more than frustrated...
