Taking out a friend his wife and 2 kids Perching Thursday is B can still good or are there any other good spots to try? Will be coming out out the Portage River. Thanks inadvance -Dave Channel 79

On OGF a fella posted a 4 day limit of nice ones a few miles NE of B can, close to the border he said,30 ft of water, buddy did well on Friday, Nw of Niagra, 150 in a day. Good luck, my boats down awhile, need to read good reports to keep from gettin the itch too bad, Mike

Saw reports for east of Ballast. Tried today using Skipper9 rigs and spreaders. Only managed 10 in 2 hours. Moved around twice. Got worse. Curious to see if anyone else got them out there.
If ya find 'em, let me know. Be at it this whole week with my daughter.

I know a guy that got them there in 28 foot of water.

Perch fishing has been good two miles out of wards canal, limits, and nice size, also 50 feet off B can, must be on the bottom, skipper nine rigs, gold spreaders, single hook rigs, half minnows. Reel Sport team

Got there at 11am. Left at about 1:30 when they just totally shutoff for us.
Was he there early ? Only thing I didn't try was half shiners.

I will take that and use that on FRIDAY! I did manage to limit out today in the area I posted! Will be perchin on Thursday!
