I want take some friends fishing this sunday. Normally what I do is have them ride the Miller ferry to Put In Bay and I pick them up from there and out we go. Well the first, the problem is this time of year the first ferry isn't till 8:30am, kinda late.
I was wondering if there was a courtesy dock or some place maybe at Wild Wings (or another marina you suggest) I can pick them up.

You can call Anchors Away Marina in West Harbor . There are a few resturants there and I believe a guest Dock . And just a short run to Put in Bay

Not sure how far away you need to go but Catawba Is. launch ramp sticks out pretty far. Possibly pick them up at the dock there.

We are wanting to fish the reefs in front of the Davis Bessie, that's why I immediately thought Wild Wings.

Both Marinas have plenty of docks you could use just to pick up people but overnight docking is a different story. WW gas a big gas dock area near the ramp or a pump out dock for people to just get on the boat. Mostly the docks are seasonal rented but alot of dock are still unused this early.

WW has plenty of docks still available for both Seasonal and Daily/Weekly. Decent food, and bar as well.
