yesterday afternoon

Made it over to turtle creek yesterday early afternoon. Started fishing about 1:30 or so right out in front in about 13fow didn't catch much so made a short move, marked some fish in about 12fow lost 3 before finally getting our first walleye of the yr in the boat. From there we just kept picking away at them and managed to get a four man ticket. Most fish came on green and blue blades, one guy filled his limit on a lime green, with some yellow, hair jig.

Good job! We made it out about the same time. Started out with the pack in front of TC in 17 FOW. It was slow. Headed to Locust. Saw some nets in the water. We only managed 1, but saw others doing better. Just couldn't seem to get the right rythm. Green seemed to be the color of choice for yesterday afternoon.
