We'll see if this actually shows up on the 2013-2014 regulation pamphlet.
It's frustrating when rules are changed and it's not posted.
No way to plead your case.

I always leave the skin on my walleye any way..i found it better to leave on when going to freezer..i put the fish in the bag with the skin out and fill with water that helps with freezer burn down the road .....besides after a bunch of bags get in they get hard to tell what the are after they been in there....
