hot bite still on thurs 6/21/walleye and perch

reel sport had 4 men from wis. today, well we went 21 in the box out of 24 threw back 5 under 16 inches and lost over ten
at back of boat a couple hogs that spit the hook, largest walleye
over seven lbs. the bite seems to get better mid day, tackle
for today change a little, 40 t,t 38 ft and 47 back, spoons,
jagar bomb, purple demon, we try salmon size jagar bomb
spoons today and took six of the larger walleyes, still using
small mayfly rigs in gold. Flash there is a hot perch bite 14 ft. water off radio rd. to megters pier, last from 6 am to around 10
am. Reno beach bait had nice shinners this morning for the perch guys, on rt 2, Reel Sport is running a SUNDAY MORNING

Just curious...why would you throw back legal fish when you didn't limit?

the game wardens are checking fish so close. and the walleyes
shrink in the cooler sometimes 1/2 or more, so to avoid any tickets we put a 16 inch limit, the small walleyes grow up

I didn't even know they come that small... We caught a small one the other day and Sean wanted to throw it in and I said at least measure it. It was 19 inches, it was hilarious......

Hey Jim probly the one i caught LOL. That was only time we got the stick out rest of em was a no brainer! Never heard if that summer sausage was fit to eat or not. Ready to head back north that thing they call work really stinks. Thanks again jim my dad is still bragging on you guys!
