friday trolling results

Reel sport charters had a three man charter today, northeast winds has the walleyes scattered, lots of weeds, we managed
to pull 15 walleyes to the boat 13 in the box, two got mishanded and fell back in the water, o well will let them grow up, walleyes are loose school, only got 4 junk fish all day,
tolled jets and harness one side, jets and spoons other side,
between west sister and turn around, we have two open seat for the morning 6 am to 1,pm to beat the heat, call capt. mike

Just wanted to send out a thanks to Wayne, Captain Mike and the crew at Reel Sport Charters. Had a blast fishing both Friday and Saturday with you guys and learned a lot..thanks for offering walk on trips for us guys that don't have a large fishing group...

troy how did you do sat, we start out slow, work were you guys were friday and finished the day were you started sat morn.
leads 38 and 42 try small mayfly rigs of the jets, 6 ft. leads,
little mike got them at reno beach bait shop, be back out sat.

we ended with 4 in the box sat all on large bladed gold weapons, plus 3-4 "mishandled" fish at the back of the boat that looked a little too small. I am pretty sure that is what capt Mike called those fish friday. We only got one where we started with you guys, and some small ones. When we found you later in the day we picked up the rest real quick, then they shut off on us. I went back there sunday and couldn't get them to go at all. They were there. I threw everything at them I could think of. We finally dropped the anchor and started perching. Of course about half hour into that the weather started to come in so we left. We did manage 10 perch sunday, biggest one was 11.75", new boat record, course boat is only on 3rd trip! We did catch a lot of sheephead sunday. We had 4 poles hooked up at once I believe. Tell mike I am doing my homework right now on getting set up for the trolling game. I just don't want to do it, but I want to catch fish... We will see.
