Sunday Fishing Report 5-20-12

Started Sunday with the first line in the water at 620am w/sw of American Eagle. Had 4 fish in the boat within the first half hour and was hoping for a nice steady pick of fish. Then after several people saw the net flying there was a good group all around us. (Me and a cousin). when the boats showed up it definately scattered all the fish. We worked a tight little group of fish which ended up south and west of Kelleys. We just set the auto pilot to keep crossing the two spots we found fish and kept picking fish out of the spots between Kelleys and East Harbor. The lake conditions were very nice with clean water and good fish. Had to grind it out again for our final 8 and finsihed up around 2:30pm with our limit. Leads were way up high and fish came on leads as short as 22 feet and as deep as 35 feet on 2 oz. inline crawler harnesses. Colors were anything with blue, green or purple in them. Best lead out was 30 feet at a speed of 1.9 using willows. When fishing became slow for us we went to colorados pulled slow with zero luck.
Called out for Skipper9 b/c I heard him on the radio but no luck. Sounded like he did pretty good yesterday, also. Best of luck to all heading out this week and hope this can help someone.
