    Default bdreick-report

Hey fished wednesday, 2 charter capts & one other good fisherman, left out of wild wings around 7 sat in the fog until 10 trying nearshore reefs locust, turtle to L-can had 2 on that gave us the slip, sun broke thru and tried flatrock , cone, big & lil pickerel, no luck just sheeps and a few white perch, again not much wind, moved out NE of C can thru weapons for about an hour ( nothing ) flat lake big bug hatch flies, midges. moved back inside with wind increasing to 20 close in . zip again... hate to admit this but true report... ps 15# test trilene big game high impact for your weapons great abrasion strength yet still soft , very little memory......Ed

    Default

Was out last night in the high wind. Could only be about 2 miles off shore. Fished the area northwest of Crane Creek in 18' of water. Caught 6 walleye and 50+ white perch on purple jigs. Tried a few bottom bouncers with no luck except white perch.
