have they dredged the toussaint yet

i'm curious to see if the've dredged the toussaint yet or not i know at the end of last year there were survey stakes at the mouth of the river and heard that's what they were for. i'm bringing my boat up the middle of next month and was wondering if it was still as shallow as it has been i really don't want to get stuck on the sand bar lol

Today I took emptyhooks out for some trolling and took the channel out and back in at 35 to 40 gps speed and had no issues but when not on plain most boats squat in the rear and would probably have dragged on the bottom. I watched the sonar as much as possible on way out and on the return trip in and while on plain the sonar showed 3 ft of water at every glance. But in answer to your question no I do not believe they have dredged the channel yet. The channel is marked/moved more to the Davis Bessie side than in previous years also.
