Hello I just registered on this site but have been lurking on it since last year. Just wanted to say great site. Very informative. I had a question for the captains. I will be receiving my six pack license anyway now and was trying to find insurance. Any info would ne great. I called quite a few places with no luck. Thanks for your time and tight lines to all.

Call Nemecheck, downtown Port Clinton near the drawbridge.
He carries alot of charter bus. insurances.
Depending on how many trips you want to run, there are lower rates for only running , say a couple dozen trips per season. Boat will probably be surveyed. Dont forget your Ohio Guide Lic.

I agree with greg. I use nemecek nice people to work with. Just one thing only a licensed captain will be insired with them to run the boat.
