    Default UPDATE FOR (Radio ideas, need imput from members)

    This is an update for the thread, (Radio ideas, need imput from members) Just making sure everyone is on the same page. It seems there is still some confusion on this so I started a new thread to clarify what is going on. We don't want anyone left out and listening to the wrong channel while out there fishing if they choose to participate!! Everyone is welcome to join in and share info on channel 71.

    We were all in agreement on channel 84, But to our dismay we found out that 84 is a marine operator channel, meaning that you transmit on one frequency and recieve on a different frequency. That made 84 a no go for us and useless for our purpose.

    Most wanted to go with channel 71 which should serve our purpose! So channel 71 is now our channel to share info while on the water.

    I am putting the Shelly J in this weekend.Graduated in 71 so I should be able to remember that.If you remember Woodstock you weren't there.Its going to be a great year.There was a half page newspaper article in the Hamilton paper predicting a great year for Erie walleye,and a new state record probably being caught.If it is I hope it is 1 of this sites members.     My boat is in at fox haven channel 71 it is no name on boat yet just bought it and havent decided on a name yet !
