We rent our condos at Green Cove Resort which is next door to Wild Wings A very short boat ride from the inlet to the reefs for the jig bit. The condos have 30' boat docks one condo has the dock right front. I have included the links if interested.

Wife and I stayed here and it is a very nice place. Close to everything, Restaurant, ramps and reefs.

Instead of renting I have a great condo for sale at Green Cove (the newer section) behind WildWings. Ground floor (no steps to the front door)attached garage with a 10' x 20' deck. 1,000 sq ft with 9'foot ceilings. Totally remodeled down to the studs. It is a very nice condo for the women and for him a great fishing location with a true 30' dock at your door. For a $125,000 you can have a great time fishing and boating with great neighbors. Oh and the lowest association fee I've heard of $108.00 per month. Which includes water, sewer, trash, snow removal, grass cutting, exterior maintenance and a fish cleaning house with stainless counters. What a great place! Getting married and moving a little farther north on Lake Erie to a similar place just closer to her work. You can get me at 937-726-2683
