Default Walleye with metal jaw tag

Caught a Walleye on 5/17 in Breast bay with a metal tag in it's jaw. The DNR personel back at Sterling State Park did not have any answers or direction on whom I should contact to provide the information on the clip. Does anyone out there know? Caught 14 Walleye between 4 people on BB 15-18ft. Biggest 22in.
